Measures 6" from end to end. I have a 5" wrist and when this is closed securely around my wrist it leaves a quarter inch opening. You don't want more than an inch of an opening. I'd say it fits most wrists from small to large.

With all jewelry pieces, but especially cuffs - it is important to open and close your cuff very little. My advice is to pull the cuff open just enough to SLIP onto the side of your wrist (the thinnest part of the wrist) and then close enough to feel like it won't slip off. And then let it be and enjoy.
