The Fox and the Hare Ring

sterling silver and 14k gold - reclaimed

gold fill accents

Chrysoprase stone cut by friends outside of Joshua Tree

Size 6.5/6.75

I’ve been on a chrysoprase kick lately, but this one, whew! NO WORDS! I wanted to go the extra mile with this ring, and because the stone reminds me of a deep forest, the fox and hare needed to be added.

The base of the band measures at 6mm making it a wide band… so you will need to size up for this ring. I wear a size 6.25 in thin bands on my middle finger and this ring fits me beautifully.

Note to buyer: The reclaiming process is a bit of a long one. Most of the sterling silver I buy is from well used jewelry that isn't being worn anymore or has been broken. I also buy used sterling silverware. I melt it all down and roll it into sheet and wire. This means that I don't have to buy freshly mined silver that is much easier to work with. Reclaimed pieces cost morebecause of this extra process. In the end, reclaiming metal for my wares is gratifying and worth it to me. I hope you feel the same. With love.
