Quite possibly the hardest, but most special pair of earrings I have made. It took me four tries, but I guarantee they are wearable for a lifetime (with care, that is!). They have a medium weight to them at .23 ounces each. I don't go any heavier than .24 ounces. When the sun hits them, the stones look as if a storm has just passed and the sun is shining on a passionate sea. I lived in Costa Rica for a spell and whales passed through quite often. If you got high enough on the mountain you could watch them. Whale energy is big and sweet and they make me think my independent self and the passion that comes with being young and free. These are by far my favorite pair of earrings ever and if I could wear earrings, I would keep them.
