Onyx Cuff
Sterling silver
Onyx stone - old stock from a collection that was given to me by a friend that had a grandfather that passed away a few years ago. my guess is that this stone was cut in the 60s.
6" end to end - you don't want more than an inch of an opening
I love this cuff. This stone is amazing and so badass that I wish I had more of them.
With all jewelry pieces, but especially cuffs - it is important to open and close your cuff very little. My advice is to pull the cuff open just enough to SLIP onto the side of your wrist (the thinnest part of the wrist) and then close enough to feel like it won't slip off. And then let it be and enjoy. Flexing the metal over and over will result in a cracked or broken cuff, but if you are easy with it, it will last a lifetime.
Made with love - one of a kind, twisted, bent, set, sawn, etched, fired by my own two hands.
