Coyote Cuff

Sterling silver - reclaimed

Chicken Track Jasper

Gold (fill) accent on the sun

This cuff measures 5.5” from end to end. It will fit a 5.25-6” wrist well.

Okay, I know I say this a lot, but this cuff is my favorite. The coyote was rendered to look like my dog, Beans, but it’s a Coyote nonetheless. This cut of jasper is so incredible that I held onto it for a long while, but it was made for this piece. Half of the cuff is a lone coyote walking through the night and the other half is a sunny day. I think the pairing goes together perfectly and I’m excited to see who gets this one!

With all jewelry pieces, but especially cuffs - it is important to open and close your cuff very little. My advice is to pull the cuff open just enough to SLIP onto the side of your wrist (the thinnest part of the wrist) and then close enough to feel like it won't slip off. And then let it be and enjoy.

Note to buyer: The reclaiming process is a bit of a long one. Most of the sterling silver I buy is from well used jewelry that isn't being worn anymore or has been broken. I also buy used sterling silverware. I melt it all down and roll it into sheet and wire. This means that I don't have to buy freshly mined silver that is much easier to work with. Reclaimed pieces cost more because of this extra process. In the end, reclaiming metal for my wares is gratifying and worth it to me. I hope you feel the same. With love.

Made with love - one of a kind, twisted, bent, set, sawn, stamped, fired by my own two hands.
